Conditions for Returns and Refunds
Given the unique nature of fresh flower arrangements, our return and refund policy differs from typical retail products. Please review the following conditions carefully:
Eligible Circumstances for Refunds or Replacements
We will provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: If the flowers delivered are not fresh, are wilted, damaged, or do not meet our quality standards at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect Order: If the arrangement delivered is significantly different from what you ordered in terms of size, color scheme, or flower types (minor substitutions may be made due to seasonal availability).
- Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order on the specified date and time due to our error, and this failure cannot be remedied in a satisfactory manner.
- Damaged in Transit: If the arrangement arrives damaged due to mishandling during delivery.
Non-Eligible Circumstances
We cannot provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Normal flower life cycle changes after delivery, as fresh flowers naturally begin to age and change over time.
- Damage or deterioration caused by improper care, inadequate water, extreme temperatures, or failure to follow care instructions provided.
- Issues arising more than 48 hours after delivery, as flowers are perishable and we cannot determine the cause of problems reported after this timeframe.
- Minor variations in color, size, or specific flower varieties when acceptable substitutions were necessary due to seasonal availability (we always strive to maintain the overall look and value of the arrangement).
- Rejection of delivery by the recipient or refusal to accept the order without valid reason.
- Delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Inability to deliver due to recipient unavailability when reasonable delivery attempts have been made.
How to Report an Issue
If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Prompt notification allows us to address the issue while it is still current and to arrange for a replacement if needed. To report an issue, please follow these steps:

Replacements
If you prefer a replacement and one is feasible given the circumstances, we will arrange to deliver a new arrangement at no additional charge. We will work with you to schedule the replacement delivery at a time that is convenient for you. In cases where an immediate replacement is requested for a time-sensitive occasion, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.
Please note that replacement arrangements may feature different specific flowers than the original order if certain varieties are no longer available, but we will ensure the replacement maintains similar quality, value, and aesthetic appeal.
Refunds
If a refund is more appropriate or if a satisfactory replacement cannot be arranged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be determined based on the nature and severity of the issue:
- Full Refund: Issued when the order was not delivered, was completely unacceptable, or for other significant failures on our part.
- Partial Refund: May be offered when the issue affects only a portion of the arrangement or when the overall order was acceptable but did not fully meet expectations.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests when possible.
Cancellation Before Processing
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before we have begun processing and preparing your arrangement. Once flowers have been purchased and arrangement preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our costs.
Cancellation Timeline
- More than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund available if the order has not been processed.
- Less than 24 hours before delivery: Cancellation may be subject to fees or may not be possible if the arrangement has been prepared.
- Same-day orders: Generally cannot be cancelled once placed, as preparation begins immediately.

Delivery Issues and Recipient Concerns

While we will make every effort to fulfill your order, safety is our primary concern, and deliveries may be delayed or cancelled in extreme conditions.
Care Instructions and Longevity
To help ensure your flowers remain beautiful for as long as possible, we provide care instructions with every delivery. Following these guidelines is important for maintaining the quality and longevity of your arrangement:
- Place your arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and drafts.
- Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, which releases ethylene gas that can shorten flower life.
- Change the water every 2-3 days and trim stems at an angle when changing water.
- Remove any wilted or damaged flowers promptly to keep the rest of the arrangement fresh.
- Keep the vase or container clean to prevent bacterial growth.
Please note that natural variations in flower longevity are normal. Some flower varieties naturally have shorter vase lives than others, and environmental conditions in your home can affect how long flowers last. These natural factors are not grounds for returns or refunds.
Special Occasion Orders
We understand that many flower orders are for special occasions where timing is crucial. For weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other important events, we recommend:
- Ordering well in advance to ensure availability and adequate preparation time.
- Confirming all delivery details including date, time, and address at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
- Providing multiple contact numbers for both sender and recipient to facilitate smooth delivery.
- Considering weather and seasonal factors that may affect flower availability or delivery.
